The Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation grants pay for needed repairs:

Who Can Apply?
You must meet these requirements:
- Be a low or moderate-income homeowner
- Own and live in your home
- Your home must be on a permanent foundation
- Meet income eligibility limits
Where Does The Money Come From?
The funding comes from Community Development Block Grants. These are federal dollars from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Indiana Office of Community And Rural Affairs administers the program.
