Sudbury Homeowners Can Apply for Up to $6,000 in Repair Grants

Sudbury, Massachusetts homeowners can apply for help with small home repairs through the Sudbury Housing Trust Small Grants Program.

The program helps residents pay for repairs and changes that are needed for health and safety reasons.

How much money is available?

Eligible homeowners may receive a grant of up to $6,000.

What repairs can be covered?

Eligible work may include minor plumbing, electrical work, window repairs, gutter or downspout repairs, door repairs, step or porch repairs, masonry work, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, weather stripping, bathroom grab bars, railings, and other adaptive projects.

Who may qualify?

Applicants must own property in Sudbury, plan to own the property for the next 12 months, meet income limits, and have a home assessment below the town median.

Applicants need to submit a completed application, contractor estimates, recent tax returns, and other supporting documents.
