West Monroe Homeowners Can Apply for Up to $20,000 in Repair Grants Through April 17

West Monroe opened applications for homeowner grants

The City of West Monroe says homeowners can now apply for help through its Make a Difference Grant housing programs.

If you qualify, you can get up to $20,000 through the Homeowner Rehabilitation Program to fix problems that affect safety, habitability, or code compliance.

Who may qualify

  • You must be an eligible resident under city program rules.
  • The program is tied to the city's grant requirements and income rules.
  • The city publishes full rules and required documents in the official application packet.

How to apply

  • Apply online through the City of West Monroe website.
  • Or pick up a paper application at West Monroe City Hall, West Monroe Community Center, or West Ouachita Senior Center.
  • Need help? Call the Mayor's Office at 318-396-2600.

Deadline

Applications are due by Friday, April 17, 2026. Late or incomplete forms may not be reviewed.
