Bank of America has expanded its Community Homeownership Commitment to New Hampshire, offering eligible first-time buyers in Rockingham and Strafford counties a down payment grant of up to $10,000 that pairs with a separate closing cost grant of up to $7,500 available in seven NH counties, for combined non-repayable assistance of up to $17,500.
