Program Overview
ADOH's Home Plus program provides down payment and closing cost assistance to qualified first-time homebuyers through a forgivable second lien.
Eligibility Requirements
First-time homebuyer (or not owned in 3 years) Primary residence in Arizona Income limits (typically 80% AMI, higher in some areas) Purchase price limits apply Complete homebuyer education

How to Apply
Work with an ADOH-approved lender. The lender will submit your application to ADOH along with your primary mortgage application. Complete required homebuyer education course.
