Program Overview
Replace your old, energy-inefficient mobile home (built before 1976) with a new ENERGY STAR® certified manufactured home. Benefits include improved energy efficiency, lower utility bills, and safer living conditions. Program is available for income-eligible households who own and occupy a pre-1976 mobile home.
