Program Overview
Monthly cash assistance to low-income Alaska seniors age 65+ to help with housing costs, including mortgage payments, property taxes, and home maintenance.
Eligibility Requirements
Age 65 or older Alaska resident for at least one year Total annual income below $27,000 (single) or $33,500 (couple) Cannot receive SSI or adult public assistance U.S. citizen or qualified alien

How to Apply
Apply through the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services. Submit application with proof of age, residency, income documentation, and citizenship/immigration status.
