Program Overview
Arizona's Senior Freeze program allows qualifying seniors to freeze the assessed value of their primary residence for property tax purposes, protecting against increases.

How to Apply
Apply with your county assessor's office by September 1 each year. Provide proof of age, income documentation, and property ownership. New application required annually.
