All homeowners with residential properties designated as homesteaded within the City of Miami are entitled to access the following services at no charge.

Document Requirements
For Permit Applications, the following documents are typically necessary:

Most permits necessitate a survey (issued within the last year) and electronically signed plans or drawings by an architect or engineer.

Additional required documents may include NOA’s (Notice of Acceptance), engineering calculations/test reports, affidavits or elevations, arborist reports, contractor’s information, and any documents requested during the process.
