Oregon Housing and Community Services announced the Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) has helped 1,295 households stay in their homes, with an average award of about $27,000. Of the $72 million federal pandemic-era allocation, $44 million has been approved and $35 million scheduled for payment.
